Just wanted to let you know that the vet visit went great. When we brought him home he wasn't sure what to think of us, but today he has been great! He has been full of energy.

Just giving you an update on the little pup. We decided to name him Max. We got him his first haircut today and is adorable. I attached some pictures for you to see.

This is Gabby. She lives with Wayne and Cathy in Miami Lake, FL.

Cathy wrote:

We did leave a voice mail on Tuesday for you. Our home computer is still out. Gabby is doing just great. The airplane ride did not seem to bother her. She was friendly and did not seem afraid. She has really adjusted to us and seems to be happy. Sleeps well, eats well, and her potty training is going well. On Wednesday she went to our Vet and did get a very good bill of health. We had a chip put in her as well. Her next visit to the Vet is next week. I am at work right now and Wayne brought her in for my employees to see. I will forward you the pictures they just took of her. We will keep you posted as she grows.

This is Bella. She lives with Kerry and her family in Lavernia, TX.

Just thought I’d let you know “Bella” did very well on the ride home.  The girls just love their new baby!  She is so playful, but will also sit on your lap and cuddle.  She is so sweet!  She had a pretty good night and has been doing great with the potty training.  My dad’s Springer and her have been playing very good together also. At what age do you first get them trimmed? I don’t want to trim her too early, but I know when we go back to Texas it is going to be hot. We ran into a lady at Farm and Fleet and she saw Bella and told us to put a bell on a string and hang it from the door you want her to use to go out to go potty.  Every time you take her out, have her paw ring the bell.  She said she had her puppy trained in a week.  She also said to take her out a different door to go out to play.  She takes the bell with them whenever they travel, and shows her dog which door it is on and she rarely every has an accident.  Have you ever heard of that?

Thanks for meeting us and I hope you had a safe trip home.

Bella is doing great!  The girls love to run and play with her, and she is even enjoying camping with us.  We took her to the coast a couple of weeks ago and she loved playing in the water.  I saw your new puppies on your web page, they are so cute!  They were born on my daughter’s birthday!  Here’s a couple of pictures of our little sweetie!

This is Canon. He lives with Libby and Justin in Anamosa, IA.

I wanted to send you an update on how Canon is doing.  The little mini schnauzer we received from you back in October.  Vet appointments have been great.  Perfect bill of health...and he's already up to 6 lbs.  He has also had his first hair cut, which for any puppy is hard.  Our groomer Bridgette was so happy we got another puppy, that she's doing training sessions with him.

He's pretty spunky, and loves our youngest cat.  They wrestle just like the cartoons all the time.  He's definitely found a good place in our home.
He's a very spoiled little boy, and I've attached some pictures to show you.  I hope his siblings have found similar great homes.
Thank you so much, for the special piece of sunshine Justin and I needed this year.

Below is a picture of Mitzie. She lives with Dennis and Pam in Turtle Lake, WI.

Hi Jeanne,

We wanted to tell you Thank You very much for selling us a puppy from your litter.   We are absolutely thrilled with our new  puppy.  She was so clean when we picked her up too.  We have named her Mitzie.  She has an awesome temperament and has adjusted to her new home very nicely.

The first night she only whimpered about 3 times.  The next night 2 times and then the third night only once and that was the end of that.  We have her in a play pen in the kitchen much like you had at your place.  We have her adjusted to riding in the car in  a crate and today is the first time she did not whine at all.  In the beginning she would only whine slightly for about 5- 10 minutes and then she was fine.  House training has been going very good as well.  We were fortunate in that after we got her home; our weather turned very warm so we started taking her outside immediately and she went the first time we attempted.  What a puppy!!!!  Most nights she does not go on her paper which is on an old cookie sheet (she just tried to chew up the pads we bought so we went back to paper).  Here is something awesome too; if the paper is not on the cookie sheet; Mitzie will still go on the cookie sheet without the paper.  We always have paper down during the night and during the day if doesn't decide to chew it up.  She rarely goes in the house; but if she has to go, Mitzie knows where to go.

She is very healthy per our Vet.  She has grown a lot and has received many vaccinations and worming.  She is in wonderful health and her coat is very shiny.  Our Vet said Mitzie is quite stoic.  We love her to pieces and she has attended her second puppy class.  We are feeding her Royal Canin for Miniature Schnauzer for Puppies.

Again, her temperament is awesome much like our first Schnauzer and she seems to be very smart.  We have learned lots of good things at our Puppy Classes; we have 4 to complete yet and then when she is older, we will take her to Obedience Class.

Thank you again and you certainly can use us as a reference.

This is Laurel and I came with my parents almost 6 weeks ago and got the littlest female from your litter.  We just wanted to send some pictures and give you a happy update!   She and Abbey are getting along, slowly although Abbey won't ever fully like her I don't think, but they like each other! :) Daisy LOVES other dogs and puppies though.  We are taking her to puppy classes through our vet on Monday nights and she absolutely loves playing with the other puppies out there.  We are working on getting her to tell us when she needs to out outside and go potty, and she's made great strides in that department this week!  We took her a week ago and had her first puppy/schnauzer cut and she looks adorable! She is a ball of energy and we absolutely love her.  She's stinkin' cute and loving and we couldn't be happier with our decision!
The first picture is before the trip, with her black fur.The second is of her sleeping, post trim and new coloring! :)And the second one is of her cute face post trim!
Thanks again we enjoy our little baby so much!

Laurel

Daisy's doing great.  She has a great personality and is easy to train. We're enjoying her immensely!  When we picked her up you said you would send us her AKC registration papers.  Do you know when you'll have those ready to send?  Laurel is going to be moving to Iowa soon for a job and to start graduate classes.  She plans to take Daisy with her.  Ken and I are anticipating a quiet house when they're gone and are considering getting another puppy. We want to be sure things will work out OK for Laurel to have Daisy before we would get another dog, so we wouldn't get one right away.  We think Daisy is such a great dog.  Ken and I would like to wait for a puppy from Sugar and Rowdy.  We really like Daisy's coloring, although I suppose there's no guarantee there would be a light colored female.  That would be our first choice.  We're pretty sure we'd like a puppy from that litter, so please keep us in mind when they're born.
Daisy had her first schnauzer cut today and she looks great.  Laurel will take some pictures for you.  She's busy losing her baby teeth.  We keep finding them.  While another light colored dog would be great, the coloring is really just a bonus.  The temperment is really what we are looking for.  I think there is a possibility that Daisy may become more salt and pepper as time passes.  You can't really tell from the pictures, but if you look closely at her fur, there is some gray underneath that could still come to the forefront.  Regardless what happens, she is a beauty!

Thanks for sending Spartacus's papers.  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  Attached are three photos of Spartacus and a video of him chasing a tennis ball.  He is extremely good-natured and has adjusted to downtown life very well.  The park across the street is his new stomping grounds.

Best,

This is Toby. He now lives with Mark and Louise and their family inSt. Cloud, MN.

Hello Jeanne and George, sorry to hear you ran into that freezing rain. Glad you got home safely. We had the same. Yuck!

Allie named the little guy Toby. We love him!!! What a sweetheart! He is fitting in perfectly already.

He had a great night. We put his kennel in our room and he settled right down. I think the little blanket piece and the toy you sent with really helped him. I set my alarm for 3 hours but he stirred a little right before that so I took him outside and he went right away. Back to bed without a word. Then 3 hours later my alarm went off and he was still sleeping. I took him out anyway and he went right away again. No messin' around in the cold. Then he went right back to sleep and slept until morning. :-) He is eating well and no accidents.

Allie is doing great with him. She is very consistent to give him a toy to chew on when he bites things he shouldn't. Our boys (Sam and Jack) fell in love with Toby instantly. Fritz is not so sure yet about him so we are supervising them quite closely. Toby is very interested in Fritz.

The other puppy is so cute! And it looks like he has a good friend in Reba. Hope the little guys finds a good home!

I am so glad we found you guys! I attached a couple of pictures.

Will send an update again soon.

Louise, Mark, Sam, Jack, Allie, Fritz and Toby

Jeanne,

I just wanted to let you know that Allie and I took Toby to the vet last week and he checked out great. He is such a wonderful puppy! He and Fritz are actually starting to get along and play a little bit. And his eating, sleeping and potty training is going really well. We love him!!!!

Thanks again!

This is Ole. He lives with Julie and her family in Robers, WI.

Jeanne
Ole is a little past five months old on these photos. He is healthy and has recently been neutered. His baby teeth have all fallen out. We live him a whole bunch and are really enjoying him. He is very smart. He weighs about 18 pounds. So a great size for us, but not so miniature :-). Thanks again,
Julie & Gary

This is Cricket. She lives with Kris and Lona in Mason City, IA.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get pictures sent of our little girl! Attached are photos of Cricket, the schnauzer pup we picked up from you in March. I included some of her tail as you requested, since we didn't want it docked. We absolutely LOVE her! She is so smart, fun and sassy! She's doing fabulous on potty training and is quite a spoiled little lady! She loves to play, run circles around the dining room table and eat grass (that is not encouraged lol). Thank you so much, we will be in touch when we're ready for another miniature!  Lona wrote later: She is very smart, very healthy and super playful. She loves to be outside and eating ants is one of her favorite things to do! We absolutely love her! Thank you for such a beautiful girl!

This is Bodee. He lives with Joe and Becky in Fountain City, WI.

Sorry about the way this picture is but I can't seem to get it to view the correct way.  Bodee is doing great.  He is working on potty training and is doing pretty well.  Had some accidents which is to be expected.  We are kennel training him and last night he must have been wore out because he slept over 5 hours without whining to wake us up.  The night before it was every few hours which got to be a long night for me.  Sunday night Joe helped me out for the first one so I got to sleep most of the night.  The kids have been very good with him and are very protective of him as we had company come over to meet him and they were giving directions on what not to do to him.  It is cute.  We stopped at Petco on the way back through LaCrosse and took him in.  A lady held him and wanted your contact info.  I only gave her your name as I had my hands full.  I told her if she googled your name she should be able to find the same information I found to contact you.  She was very interested in a puppy.  She was there with her husband and 2 older children.  Just thought I would give you a heads up.

Thanks again for such a lovable puppy.  He has made our family complete again.
